At MAESTRA, we strive to ensure your architectural pieces reach you with the same care and precision used to create them. Below are our shipping guidelines to help you track your order’s journey.

 

1. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • We offer both Standard and Express delivery options to ensure your MAESTRA pieces reach you according to your preference.

  • Partial Cash on Delivery: We offer Partial COD only. A small, non-refundable advance is paid at checkout to confirm your order, with the balance due at delivery. This advance covers inventory blocking and logistics. Please note: Orders for the North-East and J&K are prepaid only due to regional shipping surcharges.
  • Please note: The advance payment is non-refundable as it covers the costs of inventory blocking, specialized packaging, and logistics coordination that begin immediately upon order confirmation.

 

2. DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Processing: Every Maestra piece undergoes a quality check and is dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
  • Note: Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

 

3. LOGISTICS & SERVICEABLE PINCODES

  • Partners: We partner with leading logistics providers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC to service more than 19,000 pincodes nationwide.
  • Remote Areas: While we aim for pan-India coverage, certain remote locations may be unserviceable or incur additional surcharges. Please contact our support team to verify your location.
  • Regional Restrictions: Orders for the North-East and Jammu & Kashmir require prepaid payment only and will incur an additional regional shipping surcharge.

 

4. ADDRESS CORRECTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
  • Reshipping: If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, we can reship the order to your corrected address; however, a processing fee will be applicable.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your order after it has left our warehouse, a processing and logistics fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

MAESTRA is not responsible for delays caused by unexpected weather conditions, courier company delays, or regional disturbances, though we will always assist you in tracking your package until it reaches your doorstep.
